Brother 50 Stitch Computerized Sewing Machine (Project Runway Ltd Edition)

I am a huge fan of "Project Runway" and I always manage to watch the original Thursday episodes on Lifetime as well as the weekend re-run. I heard about having an exclusive machine with Brother, but I had never seen one in person until I had the opportunity to test it out in a local sewing store.

Since I have my own sewing machine I have become my own little expert in the ways of how sewing machine works, and this Project Runway limited edition was no different. The only thing I noticed you would be paying for is the Project Runway brand; besides that, you are still getting a sewing machine completely designed by Brother.
Because I have a Brother sewing machine it was easy for me to navigate my way around the Project Runway sewing machine. The sewing machine is built exactly like my sewing machine except with one exception which was the spool holder stands up vertically instead of the horizontal direction on mine. The thread guider, bobbin winder, power switch, tension dial, and LCD screen are in the exact same spots as mine are on my sewing machine. There is a huge block of space which shows all of the stitch functions which I thought were a great reference guide.
The Project Runway 50 stitch limited edition also has an automatic bobbin feeder underneath the sewing plate just like mine. Actually the design is identical which is why I didn't have a hard time correctly putting the bobbin in place. It has an automatic reverse button if you don't want to reverse a stitch mechanically. It has the Brother signature LED light to help you see when you are stitching. It also has the secret compartment that I have which houses the extra machine accessories such as machine needles, bobbins, and the screw driver. Janome Tb30 is also the foot pedal which allows you to control the speed of the stitches which stitches smoothly by the way.
Overall, I think the Brother 50 stitch computerized sewing machine (Project Runway limited edition) definitely fits into the Brother brand. It is built the same way as any other Brother sewing machine which makes it easy to use for those who are familiar with Brother sewing machines. Singer 7430.CL Sewing Machine having the Project Runway brand as the selling point, I found the sewing machine to be affordable ($120) Kenmore Sewing Machine is not bad especially if it will be your first sewing machine. It has a lot of stitch functions for regular garment sewing to blanket and quilt sewing. The sewing machine was very easy to use and it is great for the beginner sewer or the expert seamstress.
